Final once shipped

Because these are personal-wellness products, orders are generally final once they've shipped.

If something's wrong

If your order arrives damaged, is missing vials, or doesn't arrive at all, email us within 48 hours and we'll make it right — a replacement or a refund.

How to request

Email support@maddoxresearch.ai with your order number, and — for a damage or quality issue — a quick photo. We'll take it from there.

Payment problems

Paid but your order didn't go through, or were charged the wrong amount? Reach out and we'll sort it out promptly.
